About Us
Swannanoa Cricket Club has been a proud part of the Swannanoa community since 1884, providing opportunities for players of all ages to enjoy the game of cricket in a welcoming and competitive environment.
From its early beginnings, the club has played an important role in local sport, fostering a strong sense of community, sportsmanship, and tradition. Generations of players, volunteers, and supporters have contributed to the club's growth and success both on and off the field.
Today, Swannanoa Cricket Club continues to uphold these values while providing quality cricket opportunities for senior and junior players alike. The club remains committed to developing talent, promoting participation, and preserving the rich history that has shaped it into the organisation it is today.
As the club looks to the future, it proudly celebrates its past through its honours boards, archives, and the many people whose dedication has helped build a lasting cricketing legacy in North Canterbury.
